Gulf Dynamic Technology is specialized in the below activities in regards to Rewinding overhauling of Motors and overhauling of Compressors.
Carry out electrical / mechanical check tests to verify motor conditions.- Dismantle motor components / clean and inspect all parts
- Datum check- bearing journals and seating / shaft extension / shaft extension run outs / seal / commutator diameter / brush surface length.
- Sourcing of Parts to be replaced (if required) from the Manufacturer.
- Clean, Bake and varnish stator / rotor windings.
- Dynamic balancing of rotating parts
- Repair / replace all defective parts.
